Choose your Game
Besides the normal contender, we sometimes provide an easier save (the adventurer save) and an extra-hard save (the challenger).
Below are the details for the saves we are providing for this game. You can choose to play and submit any one of these:
Adventurer (the easy save)
The adventurer starting save has been changed to make your game a bit easier. However, if you submit an adventurer game, you won't eligible to win any of the medals or fastest finish awards when the results are published.
These are your adventurer bonuses:
An intrepid barbarian tribe managed to evade the God's instructions that there should be no barbarian villages, and by pure luck, your warrior stumbled on it just before the game began. They provided you with a 2nd settler and a scout (on the same tile as the warrior) and a worker (on the same tile as the settler). Maybe that will even things up with the AIs (who on deity each start with 4 archers, 2 scouts, 2 settlers and a worker).Click on the image below to download the adventurer class start save file.

Contender (the standard save)
This is the save that most people play. If you want to enter the competition with a normal game, then download and play this one.
Contender bonuses:
- None.

Challenger (the extra-hard save)
Play this save if you want an extra challenge. Your entry will be marked out as a contender
entry when the results are published, so you'll get extra kudos.
These are your challenger equalizers:
Your warrior was a bit too blase when he entered the barbarian village: He sought to seduce the barbarian chief's daughter. Unfortunately for you, he succeeded. Naturally, the chief was livid, and in his fury he vowed to rid the World of all non-barbarians. As a result, the no barbarians option has been removed. You are playing with normal barbarians. All other options are unchanged.Click on the image below to download the challenger class start save file.
