CIV5 GOTM Submission Form

Use this form to submit your entry for any Civ 5 Game of the Month competition. (NB. This form is for Civ5 games only. It doesn't handle Civ3 of Civ4 submissions)

You may only submit one entry for each game, and it must be your first attempt at the game, played without reloads

Notes for submitting your game

For any result except a conquest defeat, submit the save game from the turn immediately AFTER your victory or defeat. To reach this turn select the "Play more turns ..." option after the victory ceremony, then immediate select Save Game in the game menu.
If you suffer a conquest defeat, submit a manual save made during the turn when you are defeated. Then select "The turn when I was Conquered" from the drop-down list.
If you are retiring, just submit your final save from the point at which you decided to retire. Retired games are scored the same as a defeat, but are not eligible for any awards.

Your savefile can have any filename (we'll auto-detect which game it is for), but it must have the correct file extension - xxx.Civ5Save or xxx.CivBESave
Make sure you select the correct drop-down option for 'When did you save this file? - otherwise your entry will be rejected.
Uploaded files must be less than 6 MBytes in size, and must NOT be zipped.
